How to Bid

Step 1: Log into your account. Make sure you have registered on our new software. Your old HiBid login will not work on our new site. You will need to register as a new user.

Step 2: Register for auction. You are required to register for the individual auctions. Bidders must accept the terms for each individual auction.

Step 3: Place your bid. Select the bid now button, enter your bid, and confirm the bid. The item will be added to your watch list automatically post bid.

Step 4: Pick up your auction winnings. Reference the “Removal Times” icon within the auction.

Additional Helpful Information

Max Bids: Allows you to enter your max bid, and the system will continue to bid for you by increments until it reaches your max bid. If you place a max bid equal to another bidder, the winning bidder will be determined by the time the max bid was placed. Whichever bidder places the max bid first will be the winner if the max bids match at the time the lot closes.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of the stated pick-up hours. Items not picked up within that time frame will be charged to your method of payment the Saturday following auction close at noon.

Auction Icons: These icons are found within the auction.

Description Icon: Gives an overview of the offerings within the auction.

Terms Icon: Legally binding terms and conditions specific to each auction.

Contacts Icon: Email and phone contact information.

Removal Times Icon: Also known as pick up times. Please check this tab, as not all auctions adhere to the same pick-up times.

Auction Notifications:

To keep track of your bids, we offer email notifications. If you would like to adjust what emails you receive you can do so in the preference tab within your account.
